1. The Promoter

The promoter is Cloud Wellness (Mind & Body Harmony) ABN, e.g., ABN 30 584 824 040, located at 21 Napoleon Promenade, Vasse, WA.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees, directors, and management of Cloud Wellness, as well as their immediate family members, are ineligible to enter.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3. Promotion Period

  • The promotion commences at 1:00 PM AWST on 16th June 2026 and closes at 12.00 PM AWST on 1st July 2026 ("Promotion Period").

  • Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To successfully enter the draw, eligible individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:

  1. Sign up to the Cloud Wellness VIP guest list via the official link provided in our bio/website.

  2. Follow the official Cloud Wellness social media account (@cloudwellnessmindandbodyharmony).

  3. Share the official giveaway post to their public social media story (accounts must be set to public during the promotional period so the entry can be verified) and tag @cloudwellnessmindandbodyharmony.

  • Optional Bonus Entry: Entrants may tag a friend in the comments section of the official giveaway post. Each unique, legitimate tag counts as one (1) additional entry, Note: not required.

5. The Prize

  • There is one (1) Luxury Wellness Pack to be won, valued at approximately $AU 450

  • The prize consists of:

    • One (1) Personalised Yeti Water Bottle.

    • One (1) I Love Linen French Flax Linen Robe.

    • One (1) Cloud Wellness Luxury Pass valid for three (3) private wellness sessions.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.

  • Wellness session passes must be redeemed within 6 months from the date of prize notification, subject to Cloud Wellness booking availability.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • This is a game of chance. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries pool using an automated random draw tool.

  • The draw will take place at Vasse on 1st July 2026 at 12.00pm.

  • The winner will be notified via the email address provided during their VIP guest list sign-up, and announced via Cloud Wellness's official social media stories within two (2) days of the draw.

  • The Promoter will never ask for credit card details, financial information, or secure links to claim a prize. Entrants should beware of scam accounts mimicking the Promoter.

7. Unclaimed Prizes

If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 14 days of notification, or fails to provide the required delivery information, the prize will be forfeited, and a redraw will take place under the same conditions as the original draw.

8. Meta (Instagram and Facebook) Disclaimer

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram or Facebook).

  • By entering this promotion, all participants completely release Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability in connection with the giveaway.

  • Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the promotion must be directed to the Promoter, not to Meta.

9. Privacy and Data Collection

By entering this promotion, entrants agree to join the Cloud Wellness VIP guest list and receive marketing communications. Personal information collected will be handled strictly in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Cloud Wellness Privacy Policy. Entrants can opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in emails.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cloud Wellness and its associated agencies are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) in connection with this promotion or the acceptance/use of the prize.
