• What is the Vital Dome Cloud? It is a world-first, French-made wellness sanctuary that combines 360-degree black carbon infrared therapy, zero-gravity positioning, and 432 Hz vibroacoustic sound therapy. While the lounge's contoured shape relieves spinal pressure and the far-infrared wavelengths penetrate deep tissue to relieve physical tension, the immersive chromotherapy targets the visual and psychological pathways. This combination is designed to lower cortisol levels and reset the autonomic nervous system rapidly.

• Do I need to get undressed? No. Unlike traditional saunas, the Cloud is a "dry" technology. You remain fully clothed throughout the session, making it easy to fit into a busy day or a lunch break.

• How long is a session? Active infrared sessions typically range from 15 to 30 minutes depending on your chosen program. However, we allocate a full forty five minutes for every booking. This ensures you have ample time to arrive, settle in, and enjoy a peaceful transition back to your day without feeling rushed.

• What does "Zero-Gravity" mean? The Cloud positions your body to mimic weightlessness. This specific posture decompresses the spine, improves circulation, and enhances the overall restorative effect of the infrared heat.

Health & Safety

• Is it safe for everyone? While infrared therapy is non-invasive and generally safe, we recommend consulting a doctor if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, or suffer from specific heart conditions.

• Is the environment private? Absolutely. Your session takes place in a dedicated, secure studio of our Vasse suite, ensuring total privacy and a sensory-safe environment.

• Is the equipment cleaned between sessions? Yes. Although the "dry" technology means there is no sweat-heavy cleanup, we maintain strict hygiene protocols and provide medical-grade cleaning supplies for client peace of mind.

Bookings & Access

• How much does a session cost? Standard/Casual sessions are $50.00. This includes your private 45-minute room allocation and your tailored infrared program. We also offer "Founding Member" monthly subscriptions (for a limited time) and multi-session packs for those looking to make recovery a regular habit.

• How do I access the studio? Upon booking, you will receive a unique digital entry code. This grants you access for your allocated booking time to our secure wellness studio at Level 1, 9/21 Napolean Promenade between 7 am and 7 pm seven days a week.
